Q – Can I buy consumables from BDS for printers and copiers that we have not bought from you?
A – Yes, we are happy to supply just the consumables if you want.

Q – Can I call you and ask for technical help if needed?
A – We get a great deal of calls from customers asking for help. These include how to load printer drivers, fitting toner cartridges or just how to operate the controls. Please just call for support, we are here to help our customers.

Q – Can you ship goods anywhere?
A – We have customers all over the UK and regularly ship to Scotland, Wales and both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We can easily arrange to ship to the offshore islands, too.

Q – Can you supply printers from any manufacturer?
A – BDS is vendor independent and can provide printers from most manufacturers. This means we are best placed to provide the most suitable and cost effective printer for your individual needs.

Q – Do you have a price list?
A – No, we don’t have a price list, because prices change so frequently, we’d rather pass on the savings as they occur. Most customers ask us to quote for their individual requirements.

Q – Do you have any small order charges?
A – No we don’t. You can buy just one toner cartridge if you want.

Q – Do you only sell printers?
A – BDS sells a comprehensive range of printers, copiers and fax machines. This is the market we know very well and believe our extensive expertise can provide our customers with the best advice and assistance to ensure the correct purchase. Of course, we also supply the consumables and service etc. for everything we sell.

Q – Do you repair printers?
A – Yes we do. Always ask us for a quote for repairing your printer, either by sending it back to us (which is normally more cost effective) or, for added convenience, we can arrange for a service engineer to attend to the product on site.

Q – Do you service all the printers you sell?
A – We ensure that each printer is fully covered by a satisfactory warranty and can arrange for servicing, as required, once the warranty has expired.

Q – How can I buy from you before a credit account is setup?
A – We accept most credit and switch cards and there is no surcharge levied on purchase by a credit card.

Q – How do I open an account?
A – Very easily. We are pleased to trade with all companies of any size and type. Just ask for our credit application form to set up a credit account, subject to status.

Q – How often do you run special offers?
A – We pass on the manufacturers special offers as soon as we hear of them. You should regularly visit our web site as it is often updated with the latest specials.

Q – How quickly can you ship my order?
A – We despatch most of our orders the same day for next day delivery. We can do a timed delivery (e.g. by 10-30AM), but it will cost a little extra for any urgent requirements. Please call for details.

Q – When I need help, whom should I call?
A – Ask for the sales department and if they can’t help they’ll know someone who can?

In fact, we endeavour to find the best solution and the best level of support and service to suit your individual needs. Each customer can have a ‘tailored’ package to reflect their needs and their budget.
